When Should You Book?

You can book up to 5 days before your flight date.
However, to ensure the availability of special options (such as a professional photographer or additional services), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
This allows us to deliver the exceptional level of service you deserve.

Flight Payment

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link via WhatsApp or email.
Full payment must be completed no later than 5 days before your flight.

After receiving your payment, we’ll send you an official confirmation, along with all the important details:

Safety instructions

Payments can be made securely via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or through other accepted payment methods.

For safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate:

Individuals with reduced mobility
Individuals with serious spinal conditions

Cancellation Policy

Once your reservation is confirmed and payment is completed, the following cancellation terms apply:

75% refund if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight time
50% refund if cancellation occurs between 3 hours and 72 hours before the scheduled flight time
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the flight

No free cancellations once payment is processed

Flight Modifications

You may modify your flight date up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

A delay of up to 15 minutes is allowed without penalty.
A penalty of $90 USD for every additional 15 minutes of delay will be applied beyond the grace period.
We will do our best to accommodate any delay longer than one hour, subject to helicopter availability.
Your maximum allowable delay will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled flight.

Flight Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.
A $600 USD rescheduling fee will apply for changes requested between 30 minutes and 24 hours before the scheduled flight.

Force Majeure and Weather Conditions

In the event of a force majeure situation or a flight delay due to weather conditions:

No cancellation or rescheduling penalties will apply.
If rescheduling becomes impossible or impractical, a refund (minus any bank fees) will be issued to the charterer.

Transport to the Helipad

On the day of your flight, a private van will pick you up anywhere in Chiang Mai and take you comfortably to the Advance Aviation Helipad.
Based on your location, our team will contact you in advance to provide your exact pickup time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
